The property sits on 2 acres with breathtaking views all around and includes two decks, front and back, with plenty of seating.  

Additional amenities include a game room with a pub style wet bar, pool, ping-pong, 2 arcade games and shuffleboard! For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking trails with streams, rivers and waterfalls. Wildlife is abundant at the Preserve, however, no hunting is allowed.
