Celebrate the rich Trail and Rail history of Old Fort, NC! This multi-day event lifts up the amazing trail work established in our community, while honoring the enduring history of railroads in Western North Carolina.
This event includes a pre-Trail Day Block Party the night before, Guided Shuttle Tours, a film festival, Exhibitor Demos, a Vendor Village, Scavenger Hunt, Duck Race and more. Additionally, June 1st includes multiple local races to enjoy all our great outdoors has to offer.

New for 2024, the Trails & Trains Festival will be home to the F3 Festival, the Fly Fishing Film Tour. This film festival features the best in short form fly fishing films. Tickets are on sale on their website and the event will take place at Euda Wine in Old Fort. The film festival starts at 7pm, and doors open at 6:30pm. Buy Tickets HERE.
